Gymdesk
Gymdesk is where you’ll manage your Crucible membership, book classes and keep your account details up to date.
1. DOWNLOAD THE APP
Download Gymdesk – Members on your phone.
iPhone: Download from the App Store
Android: Download from Google Play
2. LOG IN
Open the app and select Log In.
Use the same email address and access code sent to you when joining Crucible.
Continue to “change password” within the app to change your access to your password of choice.
3. BOOK A CLASS
Open Schedule to see upcoming Crucible classes.
Select the class you want to attend → choose Book.
Once booked, it will appear in your upcoming bookings.
If a class is full, you may have the option to join the waitlist.
4. CANCEL A BOOKING
Go to your upcoming bookings → select the class → Cancel Booking.
Please cancel as early as possible if you can’t attend so the spot can be made available to another member.
5. MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT
Your Gymdesk account also allows you to:
View your current membership
Check upcoming and previous payments
Update your payment method
Update your personal details
View your attendance history
Receive Crucible announcements and notifications
